Called “dwarf haven” in the Common tongue, this region of steep mountains and forested valleys lies between Nordenveig and Osterna, and is the second-most-easterly of the Provinces in Iskaldur. The dwarves who live here claim direct descent from the Second Dwarven Exodus in the Second Century under the leadership of Okkadra Nelthrak. It’s said that the miners of clan Nelthrak carved the first Hall within the mountains of Iskaldur in a single year after landing on the Peninsula’s shores, and while that may or may not be true they certainly haven’t stopped in the almost three millennia since. The mountains of Dvarghavn are riddled with Dwarven Clanhalls, and the dwarves of the region do almost all of the mining and construction work in the area in exchange for food and lumber from the folk who dwell upon the surface.
