After consuming this Elixir, you gain the ability to use 3 seconds of appropriate roleplay to restore all of your missing Mana. You can use this ability once while under the Elixir’s effects, at which point the effects of the Elixir dissipate.
This Elixir has no effect if you do not have either of the Mystic or Arcanist Abilities.
The effects of this Elixir last until the next sunrise, you consume another Elixir, or you use the Elixir’s granted ability, whichever comes first.
