If you are crafting this item, you can do so without consuming any materials, but doing so counts as crafting 2 items instead of 1 for the purposes of calculating how many items you can craft during Downtime. You cannot craft this item for free during the course of an event.
Whenever an Arcanist who is a member of the Band that is Attuned to this item leads a ritual with a required casting time of 2 minutes or longer, and uses this item as a prop during the ritual, any member of the Band who is present throughout the entire performance of the ritual regains all of their spent Mana.
