You cannot make any Calls that are not Safety Calls (i.e. Emergency, Noncom, Deus Ex Machina, etc.). You cannot use Techniques, cast Spells, perform or contribute to Rituals, activate magical items, or use Poultices. You can still benefit from Potions or Elixirs you consume, and any of the above things that are used on you by another character function normally.
