This is a Master-level formula; you must have the Master Alchemist Ability in order to craft this item.

If you intend to use this item, you must get a Referee to witness you applying of it to your weapon or to a gloved hand and then touching your target with it. Once they have witnessed you successfully applying this item to a target, the Referee will hand the target the appropriate Poison Card after a delay of a minute or two. The card you will be handed for this item itself is only to signify your possession of it and to be torn when you apply it to a weapon or glove; you must have a Referee present so that they can hand your target the appropriate Poison Card.

To apply this venom to a target, you must touch them with the weapon or a gloved hand that you applied it to. You must touch their skin or clothing to apply the venom; the venom cannot penetrate any kind of Armor.

Upon receiving this Poison Card, the following effects occur:

1. Immediately upon being Poisoned:
   • The target begins to experience a sense of despair and hopelessness.
2. Thirty minutes after being Poisoned:
   • The target loses all access to magic and supernatural abilities, suffering from the Weakened condition; this condition cannot be Cleansed until the victim has been completely cured of this item’s effects.
3. Sixty minutes after being Poisoned:
   • The target’s soul is severed from their body and they collapse dead, like a marionette with its strings cut.

Three doses of the Viper’s Kindness potion immediately ends all of the effects and progression of this Poison. Until the target has consumed a total of three doses, each dose removes the Weakened condition from the victim if they are suffering from it and resets the duration remaining until the victim dies to 1 hour.

If the target consumes a Timeless Voyage, Kallahan’s Opus, or Golden Morning Dew while under the effects of this Poison, they immediately die of Mana poisoning as their internal energies go berserk and fry them from the inside out.
